Self-Pay Pricing

Why pay high healthcare costs? At Rose Family Healthcare we are dedicated to transparency in pricing and providing affordable healthcare that’s accessible to everyone. Because we are privately owned, we are able to offer attractive options for patients who want to self-pay for our services.

Our affordable self-pay visits cost less, on average, than other providers. In addition, we accept payment from most major insurance plans, including government plans like Medicare.

The Self-Pay option allows patients to pay for the testing and procedures we offer in-house, before the process. If you require testing or a procedure that is not done in-house, such as x-rays or certain lab work, we can provide you with a price list from LabCorp or Bluewater Diagnostic Imaging. 

The Simple Self-Pay option allows patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes all in-house testing and procedures. These services are available for $100 up-front for the initial visit.

Payment policies

If Rose Family Healthcare accepts your health insurance plan, we will bill the insurance companies directly.

All payments, including your co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible, are due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
