Susan Wagner, APRN

Susan Wagner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Masters degree from Troy University in 2020 and brings over 25 years of diverse healthcare experience. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she dedicated her expertise to palliative care and acute care, providing meaningful support to patients and their families. 

Susan and her husband, Jon, have been happily married for 36 years and are proud parents of two wonderful sons, a beloved daughter-in-law, and cherished grandchildren who bring them endless joy. Following Jon’s 23 years of active-duty service in the Army, their family chose to make NW Florida their home. Susan is honored to serve her community and is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to her patients.
